Unspoken Screams Home To Score Again

Wow. What a ride, what a win.
Our UK bred and purchased, Unspoken showed he is a force to be reckoned with after scoring back-to-back City wins, this one coming up against a handy lot at Royal Randwick.
Having drawn gate 1, jockey Tom Sherry held the rail after a handy jump but as the field sorted itself out he landed 3 pairs back in an awkward spot on the son of Gr.1 winning sire, Territories. Tommy kept a cool head progressing along the fence, improving nicely but needed a lot of luck as the field fanned for home.
The talented jockey elected to wait and ride for luck on Unspoken, persevering for an inside run, which thankfully eventually came. The pair drove through, gaining momentum and building to top speed. They levelled up with 50m to go and like at Rosehill he was strongest to the line in a dogfight.
The extra trip here was right up his alley and eyes are firmly set now on the Five Diamonds, a $2mil race open to only 5yo’s at Rosehill. It’s over 1800m and the Snowden Team will have him cherry ripe for it when it comes up on the 11th of November.
Congratulations to the team who race this exciting galloper: Tedwin Bloodstock, G P I Racing, Marcstown, Throsby Racing, Mr C Carter, Mr D R Wockner, Mr P A Johnson, Mr T M Forrester and Mr C P Simpson.
Horses like Unspoken and Sir Atlas (who looks a very likely type in Victoria), are the reason Brad is currently over in the UK attending the Tattersall’s Sales looking for the next big thing(s) to bring home.
