Zabeelionaire’s Melbourne Cup dream over- for this year anyway.

Unfortunately Zabeelionaire was never sighted in today’s Melbourne Cup but he was far from disgraced finishing within 12L of  the best stayers in the world. Drawing gate 24 was always going to make our task a huge one and a muddling tempo did him no favours. He will be back next year, a more seasoned campaigner and hopefully can continue the amazing ride for his connections.
