Well the buzz word used today by Leon and myself summed up the win entirely – relieved!!
To see her do that today franked our opinion and has set us up for the preparation we mapped out months ago.
I never had a chance to speak to Ollie directly after the race as we all got caught up in the euphoria post-race and will catch up with him tomorrow to gain his thoughts on the win.
Leon is still desperate to see her take a sit, but the way it all panned out today Ollie rode her on feel and he was right today. As we step up in distance we can only hope we drawn inside to make sure we can ride her in behind.
