No Drama Just A Massive Performance

A huge impost of 61kg couldn’t stop our tough guy, No Drama at Rosehill when the 6yo outgunned his rivals at Rosehill on Easter Monday.

The 6yo was trapped on a limb early from his wide alley but Tim Clark worked to the front, without firing up the gelding.

Once in control, No Drama, in the hands of arguably the best front running jockey in the land, relaxed into a beautiful rhythm.

Appreciating the sting out of the track, he gave a good kick in the straight and got separation on those chasing.

He managed to sustain that flow while maintaining a 1.5L margin all the way up the straight, proving too tough for his rivals.

It was a real credit to the horse to carry the wight he did, have to be used up more than we wanted early, and then be so strong through the line.

That win, his 8th from just the 30 starts takes his earnings to north of $350k.

Matthew Dale has done a terrific job with the son of Ghibellines having trained him for 5 of those 8 victories.
