Winning a Melbourne Cup has forever been my dream.
In recent years I have been very focused on trying to make that dream a reality by targeting horses I believe have what it takes to win the big one on the “FirstTuesday in November”.
In my opinion the best sale in the world for sourcing these elite staying types is the annual Tattersall’s Sale at Newmarket in England. I have been fortunate to attend this famous Sale since 2018 having bought 2 colts every year. The result has been some very smart stayers, including our current rising star, the exciting Sir Atlas who has won 3 o 4 starts and one could make a strong case he could have been undefeated to date. 2024 looks like the Syo’s year shine as he is about to embark on a Cups campaign.
