An absolutely wonderful cut of a filly, this girl oozes class and we had the pleasure of watching her put on a clinic at Warrnambool, disposing of her rivals with consummate ease.

Fred Kersley who got the steering job, put her outside the leader early, taking luck out of the equation. She was under a throttle hold until Fred flicked the reins and she surged to the lead and in a matter of 3 or 4 strides it was over. She idled to the line with at least another 6L up her sleeve.

We produced her earlier in the year but she was just too new. She missed the kick and worked home into 3rd in what was a very good form race.  It was a fitting reward for her owners who have been nice and patient waiting to see this – the calibre of filly we have been promising. In the end it was a fabulous way to see out the year with so much to look forward to in 2025.

She will more than likely head to Flemington on the 20th of Jan and on the back of what we saw today it will taking a special one to beat her.

A couple of races later, Write Your Own just missed when runner-up in a blanket go and Aspen Colorado showed his next win is very close, with a solid 2nd in the Woodford Cup.
