BITCOIN JUMPS TO A NEW ALL TIME HIGH
In what had been a bit of a frustrating career on the flat to date, we tried our stayer, Bitcoin over the obstacles and we discovered he has a real penchant for the up and overs.
The master, Steve Patemen who now trains the gelding, piloted him and gave the son of Tarzino a nice trail in the run until it was time to start to get serious.
Starting Fav, the 5yo issued his challenge in the straight, jumping to the front at the 2nd last hurdle then held on well despite wanting to roll back towards the inside. On the line there was a 1.5L margin to the 2nd fav.
It gives us plenty of options now with him now and next stop Warrnambool carnival.
