Ancient Bull Wins Maiden at Geelong

Well that was unbelievable, to only 3 weeks ago be in a situation to retire him unlaced, to actually win our first start, is unheard of. Credit where credit is due Leon Corstens and Michael Rodd turned him around, along with Mel who has been riding him in track work have moulded a horse to run!!

I know it was a maiden at Geelong, but this win would be one of the most satisfying wins I have been involved with, as we have a very good crew in him and I was wondering what we have done wrong as all our horses from that yearling crop are winners!

Leon was all smiles and said enjoy this win as a lot of hard work has gone into this and we are very fortunate to be justified with a good win.
