Our Wind Spirit wins back to back

Well that left us with our hearts in our mouths as our boy was a dodgem car earlier in the straight, before getting a gap in the last 200 meters. Its very much a momentum track at Ballarat and the sit spring scenario never suited us today, but he is tracking in the right direction.

Ben rode him well and a little too well as we didn’t think he would end up 3^rd on the rails after settling, but he seemed to put himself there and was blocked in for most of the race until the final furlong.

He is still going through his education period and will learn more from every run and this confidence he is getting  there now, which will really set him up once he matures mentally.
