Spicer Thoroughbreds provides, professional racehorse management from the time your yearling is purchased, through to the end of your horses racing career. We differ from other syndication firms as I am very much hands on with all facets of the business .

I attend The early morning training sessions at Flemington with Leon Corstens, to clock and keep a sharp eye on all of our horses . This ensures I can keep my clients up to date with all the progress their horse’s make on a day to day basis. When selecting horses, I use The highly respected Gary Mugeway to go over the yearlings with a fine tooth comb, making sure we purchase quality yearlings. Gary was once in charge of Cambridge Stud in New Zealand, his experience and eye are keenly sought after at the yearling sales.

Spicer Thoroughbreds believe communication is paramount in this industry, that’s why we endeavor to be open and honest in our assessments, passing on all information to clients as quick as possible. Just remember, we at Spicer Thoroughbreds are here to make You’re racing experience special, we provide social outings away from the racetrack, which include luncheons along with stud and winery tours .We think it is important to make you feel part of the team, and I endeavor to get to know my clients personally.
