I never get sick of writing these email and after taking 9 starts to break through ,we are now shooting for 3 straight !! Congratulations and great to see everyone with big beaming smiles !!

All Credit goes to Leon and Ollie who have combined well to get our gorgeous grey to be a winner !! Ollie said today’s win was soft and he can’t wait to see what she can do over a mile with cut in the track ,very happy with her progress !

Leon is relieved more than anything as we are finally seeing her do what we knew she can do and hopefully we have better races in store moving forward .

She is down to run again on the Saturday the 31st of May at Sandown on the same track over 1600 ,now we need a little rain to see her at her best !!

 

Fantome Gris has finally saluted the judge and it was a little ‘heart in mouths’ as she seemed to rebel against being hustled early by racing ungenerously all the way, but her class carried her through, thank God!! Glen was aggressive on getting a spot which is against her pattern, but in the end we got the win which is what we needed going forward.

Glen said she won easily and only did what she had to do and there is plenty of upside going forward, she just needs to learn her craft.

Leon said it was a relief to win, but would of liked to see her settle much better so she can use that great turn of foot we have seen from her in the past. For this reason we won’t be in a hurry to step her out in trip until she can settle then hit the line with gusto.
